Uploading attachments problem

 Suddenly out of the blue my moderators can not upload attachments, but as admin I can just fine. I have plenty of space on the server. I looked over all the permissions and they look good. The only thing I can think of that I did was increase the size of the allowed attachments....plz help

update...
all boards are set to global

Max attachment folder space=100000
Max attachment size per post=4500

I read the this topic but it still escapes me on how I would change these settings if needed.
