Where can i make a site>? because hxxp:www.smfnew.com [nonactive] doesn't work atm...

This site doesn't offer hosting, it only provides the software.

Here is the link for smfnew's support site. They are not part of this site, they are an independent organization that just happens to use SMF's software.
