Preview Post and html---not working

I know that only admins can use html like the center tags and url links but today my <center></center> tags are showing when i post making it necessary to use the bbc code to center instead of the html one

then when I hit the preview button...it just hangs there never going to the preview of the post-- this is with all themes including the default, just shows the "fetching preview" just hangs and sits there going no further.

and it is at both the store forum and the attic:

I'm not sure what's causing the problems on the attic forum, but on the Market forum, you have HTML comments after the closing html tag:

</body></html><!--Footers--><!--End Footers-->

Remove those comments and it should work there.

oops sorry I forgot to come back and post that they are working again---of course to get them to work I had to reupload all the rogidinal SMF files then reactivate all my mods installed.

those tags are  the original stuff, I did not add them at all
