I'm interested whether is there additional option which can be created warnings (in percentages) for users of version 1.1.13? Like the option in version 2.

I don't believe there is a mod for it and given that 2.0 final is due before long, I can't really see anyone backporting it from 2.0 to 1.1.x (certainly, they couldn't do it using 2.0 code without explicit written permission from the team, in which case they'd have to implement it their own way, which likely means it wouldn't be picked up when upgrading to 2.0 anyway)
