user phone in topics:

at frist download mobile.zip

then extract it into Themes/default/images/mobile folder

so we have [default_theme_url]/images/mobile/example.gif images!

then go to "Admin>> Configuration >> Core Features"

and enable "Advanced Profile Fields".

now: go to "Admin>> Configuration >> Core Features >> Features and Options >> Profile Fields", click on the New Field button and fill the field like below:

Name: My Phone
Show on Topic View: Yes
Choose Placement: With Icon
Help Show Enclosed Within Text (Optional): <img src="{DEFAULT_IMAGES_URL}/mobile/{INPUT}.gif" alt="{INPUT}" />
Field Type: Select Box
Options: Phone Names In Mobile Folder Like This:

And Result is like this picture:
