I know several people have asked for someone to develop a garage mod for SMF and I have found one that would suit many of our needs if someone would be willing to port it over or code one like this. The one I'm referring to is here:  http://www.cencallx.com/forums/garage/1093 .

It is a vBulletin mod, but I'm sure that with so many talented coders and developers here, it could be done fairly easily.

I'm sure that with so many people looking for a mod like this, there could easily some money in it for whoever takes it on.

What do you say?

There is already a garage mod for SMF, it's currently being updated for 2.0...

I got the ok from vbgamer to make a simple vehicle garage mod based on gallery lite mod.

The template layout will look different and simple as the gallery lite mod.

Very cool!!  Yeah the layout is really neat looking. It would be great to emulate that.

I've been putting a couple hours a day on it.
Garage profile template is done.  The garage edit template is almost done and yesterday I added the database.

agreed the other SMF garage was pretty involved.
If it doesn't fit get a bigger hammer.

I am very interested in this mod - I can''t get SMF garage to install, and I think the cimpler, the better..
