2 Forums on host (with different sub domains)

Hello,

Is this possible.

One host www.******.net but two SMF forums installed on the host and then use the following URL's

www.******.net/forum
www.******.net/fr/forum

The www.******.net/forum is allready set-up but we need another separate SMF forum for our French distributors but on our own host.

We have unlimited databases / space and everything on our host package.

Please explain if this is possible and if it is would it mean just creating another MySQL database for the second forum and then installing it on the FTP away from the first forum.

yes, you can have multiple forums in different subdomains,  its just like you said, you will have to create another database (you can even use the same database, just use a different prefix for the second forum tables)  and upload the files for the second forum in another folder, then call install.php in that folder and your done
