Site is down

a friend site is down he loaded a theme and click to see what it looks like and now he gets this message and can't get it back to default

Try adding ?theme=1 on the end of the URL, and uninstall the theme.

like what Labradoodle-360 try that and next time he wants to install a theme copy paste the url before clicking save and it usually takes you back to the theme selct page when you ctrl+v it into the url bar
