Problem replying to post or pm's

Occasionally when posting a reply or a pm, I get an error message, it will take a while to respond, but if I decide to click the home banner it loads fine. I know when its my server it will say "Connection to server has been time out" something along those lines.


But now heres what I am getting on occasion.

Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.
