Paid subscription handler error

I keep getting the following error email -

Paid subscription handler could not find subscription for member ID: 1, subscription ID xxxxxx

for members which i created subscriptions for when I imported my old Snitz forum. They all had he same starting date / time but relevant ending date / time.

Any ideas  ?

Can you clarify what do you mean by "import" and how did you do it?
