It looked like my manual upgrade from from 1.1.12-1.1.13 was successful but I just got:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.', expecting ')' in /home/comcom/public_html/bif/forums/Themes/default/Display.template.php on line 583

and:

Template Parse Error!
It seems something has gone sour on the forum with the template system. This problem should only be temporary, so please come back later and try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact the administrator. You can also try refreshing this page.

Odd because the Display.template.php wasn't one of the files to be edited.

I'm concerned that it might have something to do with my TinyPortal v1.0 beta 4 © Bloc mod.

I tried to post a new topic and got the errors.

Illori

can you attach your display.template.php to your next post?

Kerrith

Hi Illori,

Hope this attachment works.

I notice that it reads "// Version: 1.1.12; Display." That's because it wasn't among the files to be edited.

Thanks,

Kerry

It's OK here and the line seems OK too.

This is the line in question:
'merge' => array('test' => 'can_merge', 'text' => 'smf252', 'image' => 'merge.gif', 'lang' => true, 'url' => $scripturl . '?action=mergetopics;board=' . $context['current_board'] . '.0;from=' . $context['current_topic']),

I solved the problem by uploading the Large 1.1.13 package and everything appears to be working fine.
I also upgraded my TinyPortal to TinyPortal 1.0 RC1 | © 2005-2010 BlocWeb
and it too went smoothly, even retaining my blocks.

Thank you,

Kerry
