No blocks on my forum?

No blocks, I see some websites pwnxile.org [nofollow] they have blocks, and i install my version rc5 smf or whatever and i do not have blocks? wHY NOT my forums are at pkedfirst.com [nofollow], but i added another one pkedfirst.com/test [nofollow] and i dont have blocks :\ someone please help me.

Blocks are not a part of a standard SMF installation. The sites that you see with blocks are using a portal modification.
There are at least 5 or 6 portals available. Look here for the different ones that are available for download.

Yes, but it's not compatible with rc5 I NEED BLOCKS for RC5 not rc4 not rc3 RC5. can you help me?

You must not have looked closely.  TinyPortal, ezPortal, Adk Portal and PortaMx are listed as RC5 compatible. Simple Portal says RC4, but it will install and work on RC5 using package manager version emulation. I have it installed and working on RC5 with no issues.
I can't tell you which one to use. They are all similar and each one works. You have to try them out for yourself to decide what you prefer.
