Changing logo

How do I delete the Simple Machines logo on the default SMF theme?

Never Mind guys, I found it....!!! Geez, I must be learning something here,.....SCARY...!!!

Where are the images kept, I had changed it and renamed it to SMFlogo, and need to restore the image from the image from last nights backup?

When I enter the url it won't change to my new logo? The theme is Saf-Multicolor I also can't find the smflogo.gif to replace it. thx for the help
