Disable emails when reporting to moderator

Hi,

I'd like to disable the sending of emails to my moderatorteam. After using the SMF 1.x ReportBoardMod we've gotten used not to receive emails. Now in SMF2 they are being sent againand most of my team members want to get rid of them.

What file / what code to edit?
