Tabs have no name

so were running 2.0 RC5 and we recently had to restore, but now some of our tabs dont have names on them.


i have tried to search, but i keep coming to adding tabs, and even then the code it lists isnt in the files.

Did you check the language files where OK? If they are missing or empty, the things like button text won't appear. Check the index.english (or your language).php in the ./Themes/default/languages/ folder.

It's on SMF 2.0, the navigation system is constructed in Subs.php, meaning it's not theme dependent.

I was in v1.x mode, there, for some reason.
