Not all themes showing after server crash

After our server got fried by a major power surge I had to restore from an earlier backup. I got everything working but only one theme shows when selecting themes. I can see the theme in the Admin section, it shows in the database, but it does not show at all when people try to select themes. I have the board default/theme1 and theme2, only theme1 shows.

Is there a file that I may need to manually edit to get the second theme to show up in when selecting a theme?
