How to deal with a spammer?

Not sure where to post this, sorry if I missed the category.

This spammer keeps coming to my forum [2.0RC4], and keeps spamming. I ban him as much as I can, but he keeps coming back. Are there any plugins to restrict him somehow? I check all options when banning. [email, all IP adresses, username, etc.]
