Can anybody help we have a forum version SMF 1.1.11

How can we stop spammers, is there any we we can stop people who have websites, as most of the spammers are aiming for hits, and if we can stop websites from being posted then this would be no interest to them.

Can we restrict these from posting websites in they profiles?? o r and stop key words, like ''sex'' and word like this.

Please help it really boring now having to deleted nearly 60 spammers a day from the forum.

In another to the mods, you switch on post moderation function. This will enable you and your moderators to censor every posts before they are visible to the world.

No it won't effect any of your exsisting members. Is this solved now.
