Change forum tab to home and creat a home tab

I how do I change the home tab to forum and make a home tab - connect to a external site?

Attach your Subs.php.

might also help to know what the link is to the external site... otherwise you will do the edits with no where to go. also what order do you want the forum tab?

Here's your Subs.php, but before you can use it you need to add this line to index.english.php.
