Installing 2.0 RC5 SMF Fatal Error

I'm receiving a FATAL ERROR once I enter information on my server and name my forum. It refers to one of the files and line 76 and 82.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function db_fatal_error() in D:\hosting\3582504\html\simplemachinesforum\Sources\Subs-Db-mysql.php on line 82

Have you tried re-uploading all the files and trying again or have you gotten this figured already.
