Default Showing E-mail Addresses for Everyone

Hi,

My forum by default is allowing any registered member to e-mail anyone else on the forum.

By default the "Allow users to email me" in profile settings is checked.

Where can I change this so when a new member signs up, the e-mail address is not shown? Unless of course they want to check that on and show it.

I feel like I looked everywhere to edit this, thanks in advance!
