Getting Error after upgrading from 4 to 5 and adding some mods

Is the error I'm getting after upgrading to 5. It went fine, then I added about 4 mods, the last one being HighServerLoadWarning-v2.5.1.

First off, you want to get rid of that "eval" thing.

Can you go to Admin>Server settings and check "Disable evaluation of templates"?

Then, we'll see what the true error is.
