How do you fix deluge from not properly deleting a package?

Hello,
This may be the wrong section for this because it's mod related but it also to do with the core code, I think... so, here it is:

I installed Aeva Lite for video once, and then deleted it without uninstalling it.
Then in a twist of fate, I reinstalled it and now 2 videos show up every time.

Where in the templates does a mod affect? I think that it must be calling the Aeva function twice?

Any tips would be awesome, I have searched through fairly tediously.

you may find link this helpful Manual Installation of Mods you will need to manually uninstall the second install. also what version of smf are you running? this thread needs to be moved elsewhere as it is not an installing or upgrading issue.
