we are just starting to use our Calendar to post events for our Church
I have one Board in our Forum called Calendar
with a Sub Board for each Month
all works OK
but, sometimes I want to have it also reflected in our NEW Announcements Board
so,
how can a single calendar entry be reflected in 2 boards?

No, that is not supported in the basic installation and can not be done without modifications to the source...
