running smf bay pro mod offline

Hi im running a mod on a wamp server so my forum is not online and is running of my pc. my forum works fine with other mods, but i have one mod called smf bay pro all loads fine, but when i try and buy the item from my other user name it says listing has ended , but shoud have five days to buy, im just wondering does my forum have to be online to work properly or if any one has experienced the same online. im just asking as devoloper says hes stoped working on it.
