does not matter where it is the support staff have ways to located unresolved threads, bumping will most likely get your thread ignored then help you get it resolved.

Try uploading the mod, still archived, into the Packages directory.

Then, go to Admin>Packages and see if you can apply them.

How are your permissions set on your FTP home ?

Example httpdocs or public_html should have permission 750 and all files/folders underneath httpdocs or public_html can have 777 as chmod permissions.

then ftp into your ./packages directory remove any *.zip / *.tar.gz files try uploading it again from the smf packages upload module
See if that works ?
