making a specific group deal with passwords

hey

one of my admins gave me a good idea and it was if we made a membergroup to deal with people with account security e.g. accounts be hacked/stolen they could report it to us

i was wondering how would i make the group be able to deal with passwords only

Create a membergroup and provide them with the following permission:

Permissions --> Member Profiles --> Edit account settings - tick "own" and "any".
