When i launched the forum: www.celestialforum.com [nofollow] , i get this error message
...........................

All your stuff should go inside the 'public_html' folder.
Making sub-folders does not work with some FTP clients.
What are you using?
I recommend FileZilla.

So...
1. Copy all of the SMF files into the public_html folder.
2. Erase the celestialforum folder.
3. Check your site.

It should be like this:
public_htm/index.php
                 -attachments
                 -smileys
                   etc...

can you check if your settings.php file has the correct content in it? if not you can copy your settings_bak.php to your settings.php file

Looks, to me, as though the files ARE there, as this will demonstrate:

http://www.celestialforum.com/Smileys/default/afro.gif

It looks like QueryString.php didn't make it, though, for some reason.

With your FTP client, can you check that the file exists, in the "Sources" directory?

Also, if you happened to use Filezilla, to upload all the files, did you have "Transfer type" set to "binary"?

g_cake might recommend it, but Filezilla has an annoying bug. If you have the transfer type set to "Auto", it's... er... crap. ;)
