Add NEW TOPIC button to post display page

I want to add the NEW TOPIC and MOST RECENT POSTS buttons to the page that displays after you post a reply to an existing thread; to the existing thread page. With these buttons:
REPLY
NOTIFY
MARK UNREAD
SEND THIS TOPIC
PRINT

i.e. display the NEW TOPIC button here:
/forum/index.php?topic=147.0

AS WELL AS here:
/forum/index.php?board=1.0

have you checked the mod site to see if there is a mod to do this? if there is not you can always request a mod in the correct board.
