admin -> features and options -> layout limit number of displayed page links and contiguous pages to display should help to change that, but without knowing more about what you want it changed to we cant help too much.

i mean the design, not how many site number are displayed.
I attached a cool design, i want to have somthing similar. Is there are modification that can do this ?

you might be best to try asking the author of your theme to start since it is not default, they would know the code best.

It's not part of the theme and is not themeable by any theme. There is only one mod that I know of for the page index, which is the one I originally wrote to add a dropdown to it.

Page Dropdown.

It doesn't make it like you asked for it. It just puts a dropdown selector in front of the existing one.
