Userinfo jumping to the right in posts

Well, guess i have an issue here,

Tried to find an answer by searching and such but nothing came up yet.

When users (including myself) post in a board, the userinfo (the column where the avatar is) jumps one step to the right sometimes, and the following post is alligned properly left again.........

a little something like this:

[] blah blah
  [] oh yeah i know what the blah you mean
[] blah me for it

Any ideas? i'm using the "Tempestuous v1" theme from Shortie

welcome to SMF, have you checked if this happens on the default theme? if it does not then you are best to post in the support thread for the theme you are using.
