how to fix this double scripts?

you see below is the attachment where the picture shows some double scripts. i dont know where i should start to fix this problem. please help. is tried to fix this in the maintenace- fix bug and errors. nothing happens.

It seems that you installed some mods twice. Wich mods do you have installed?

I even start thinking there is more than one MOD installed twice.

Start looking in the Forum Firewall MOD, it look likes to be installed twice.
The other MOD I don't recognize.
