How do i backup my database using cpanel?

I am using 2.0 smf.I have been doing my backups with the admin panel in my forum.From what i read these are not very reliable.So i want to know how i can use cpanel to backup the database.A simple step by step would be great.Thanks

go into cpanel, find the Files section and click the backup link.

go to cpanel-->backups-->and click on desired DB for back and save it into your desired place, you can also get a complete backup here on clicking download a complete backup
