Re-Install SMF

Is there a way for re-installing SMF?
Iam currently using SMF 2.0 RC5 and my host got DDoSed. Ever since the DDoS the files CHMOD messed up,
theme directories messed up, SMF was wholely bugged. Once I fixed, I noticed an other problem.
When I went Profile > Forum Profile
Choose an avatar from gallery option got bugged. It doesnt show any avatars.. >.>

So I want to re-install SMF.

The avatars directory got messed up. Repaired with the help of repair_Settings.php
