Disclaimer page

can i insert before the opening of the site, a page that warns of the site content?

How about using a portal and having that as your front page?

Design blocks to do whatever you like.

Just have one block with the disclaimer, if you like.

Have a play, with it.

You'll soon figure-out what does what.

Since you are using SimplePortal, you can create a new page and put the link wherever you want it to be.

You could just make a file called disclaimer.php, configure it the way you want, and then integrate it into your site using SSI.

Upon that you would edit index.php to load that page before all other content.
