Tracking new member any profile edits - email sent to admin

Hi guys

Just a thought due to lack of sleep this evening
Like all forum owners I suffer the spammer all though I have mods installed which catch 95% of them before they post some due still slip through the net even to the point where they will stay dormant for weeks then edit their profile with spam links.

I do keep an eye on new members with a list I check every now & again but I was thinking

What about a tracking button that you could press on a members profile that would email you when they edit their profile?

That way you could delete the spammer straight away even if he joined 4 months ago & stay dormant just to slip under the radar.
