Posting error after install/uninstall of Akismet Spam Blocking 1.1.1

i was trying to fight spam unlucky me after uninstalling  Akismet Spam Blocking    1.1.1
when posting  articles this error is showing

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Akismet in /home/rayan/public_html/ryansdistrict.com/boards/Sources/Akismet.class.php on line 55


This error was since i installed that mod when uninstalling there was an error in the language file i did proceeded though.

how i can get the posting back to normal ?

i just had to use an old backup i have of the files its crappy
