Huge problem with spam!

Hi everyone, I've got an SMF installed  and I've got thousands of SPAM posts!

I've tried to delete them manually, but they are too many! And I had thousands of original posts so I can't uninstall the forum, because I will loose all my old/spamfree messages and users.

Any ideas?
