Forum looking weird

All of a sudden the forum looks weird with background gone, and it appears just lost.

the site loaded here, but your css can not be found http://www.tvkahani.com/forums/Themes/backnblack205/css/index.css?rc5 leads to a 404 error. you will need to verify that your files are in place for your theme and that the server can read and write to them.

Looks like you've been hacked 

Check the content of your index.php file as that's generally the file that gets hacked. Also check the date of the SMF files and if recent then they have been changed.

What you do next really depends on how your site is hosted and when the hack took place.

Did you have a backup ? If not it's worth asking your host as soon as possible as they might be able to wind it back for you ?

i dont see any hacking attempts when i viewed the forum, also right now the forum is loading to the install.php file, i think this issue has been resolved or is in the process of being done so.
