Strange problem with Pretty URL

I have some strange problem with Pretty URL mod.
When I enable it, it works, but it translate adreses with WWW at the begining, despite I have my adres set to without www in forum admin panel and themes link.
Anyone have any idea why?

I would suggest you post in the support thread for that mod if the issue only happens after that mod was installed, the author and users will be able to answer your question best.
