SMF 1.1.13 How to remove hello_member and others

 Since I'm using Simple Portal 2.3.3  all the necessary  info will be on blocks so I want to remove ;

Is it just that specific user info you want removed and nothing else i.e.

  Good question,
  Without disturbing normal system behaviour, ( maint mode etc.)  I want to exclude only the ones I mentioned above.

Ok try this then - i don't use 1.1.13 so can't test it but shouldn't be a problem as it's only a few simple lines of code to removed

 Tried yours but nothing changed.  Tested several times to be sure I'm using the modified one.

I just download the first 1 I attached and checked the file and it has the code removed - you may of uploaded a copy of the unedited file you have on your computer to your site by mistake

 Logged out, cleared cookies, tried with chrome, firefox . Freshly downloaded the last one (29.806 bytes) Unfortunately everything is there :-)

Sorry , I've changed 100 things in different dirs for language files and I'm lost.  Most probably I'm ftping
to a different dir.

The file you posted was 30.11kb and the file I attached is 29.1kb so code has been removed from the file it just must be a problem with uploading it to your site wrongly

 OK, I  managed to ftp to the right dir :-)
But the menu garbled now. Attached

Forget pdx-dk thing. I'm not using it anyway. Theme is default.

Hoopss ! pdx-dk comes from your mod. In the orginal I do not have it.

Can you link me to your site. I can't test it as I don't use 1.1.13 but the changes i made shouldn't of affected the menu as the menu code isn't in the section I edited but if i view your site i maybe able to work out the issue.

Great job !  Thanks alot. Maybe you can attach the modified one here, for others to use if needed with the default theme.

Your file contains mod edits so it wouldn't be suitable for others to use as it will cause errors.
