Report of deleted accounts

Running V2.0 RC5.
Is there a way to get a report or email to admin of users who delete their accounts?  I don't want to turn on admin approval for them to be able to do it, I just would like to know who did.  Also, I have a recycle board for deleted post, could a post or report be generated to this file, serving the purpose?

You'd have to modify some code in the profile files to utilize mail(); and createPost(); so when a member deleted their account it would run the two functions that would accomplish both sending the webmaster an email, and creating a post.
