SMF_Packs Shoutbox Wont Unistall

Ive installed SMF_Packs Shoutbox and it wont unistall ive deleted it from packages  and downloaded packages but its still showing :( how do i unistall because it says theres no unistall file

You could go the the mod page here http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1295 , click on the dropdown near the top right in the "download this mod" section  for your version of the smf forum and click parse to see the changes applied to your files and remove the changes using that as a guide.

Also, remove the entry in the DB in smf_log_packages (at least for smf2x) so it doesn't show up in your packages list in the admin panel.

when you say it is not showing unistall in the package manager that is because you loaded the shoutbox using emulation  therefore you need to remove it in emulation also,,, if you loaded it with emulation for 2.rc3 you need to go bac into that mode or which ever you used for it to show in the list again

Oh... I just realised - If the package was deleted, but not uninstalled - then you can only uninstall it by first placing a copy of the package to your /Packages directory. ( This is why you shouldn't really delete the packages if you wish to uninstall them later. )
