Security and Moderation tab

I just done a fresh install of SMF 1.1.13.  Normally under the Features and Options is a Security and Moderation tab.  That tab is not there.  All I have are Basic Features, Layout and Options, and Karma.

Security and Moderation is not a standard feature in 1.1.13 - must have been a mod.

Krash is right, there is a tab called Security and Moderation in SMF, but that's in 2.0 only, not in 1.0 or 1.1 branches of the forum.
