Change url of banner from forum (home) to alternate website

Does anyone know how to do this..I know there is a module but it does not work for  RC5

I did a quick search but couldnt find a mod for it. But I have a solution if you do it manually. In your theme's index.template.php,

Code (Replace) Select Expand

<a href="', $scripturl, '">

Code (With) Select Expand

<a href="http://mysite.com">
