I have looked at all the guides and crap and all it says is how you install not how you get download manager in the firstplace...

well ye i have been there and i know how to downlaod different mods but i dont understand where to download downlaod manager so i can put the mods onto my site

If you mean when im on my website i go to admin>packages I dont see where i can press packages there is no option
