Move part of Header [left]

I'm lost trying to move this part over under the  Banner I installed. It just doesn't want to go Left,

How can I do this. See my attachment, The red under is what I'd like to move to where the red arrow is.

Could you, perhaps, edit the image, itself, to achieve that? (Badly butchered example attached)

K it's not really an Image. The first part is an Image of the lady sitting, the second part is a Cooltext Logo, and the third part is what I put in.. What I'll do is post the code I have.

I had <left></left> on the ends also..
