Did you run "repair_Settings" ?

http://download.simplemachines.org/index.php?thanks;filename=repair_settings.php

after running repair settings you'll have to correct the paths to your themes via your forums admin panel
When you are using a kind of cache also the cache directory should be updated in "Settings.php" in the root map of your forum.

I ran that, but it still didn't help.

I ended up changing the theme to default and it works now..... but if I change it to any other theme the layout gets screwed up.

CapadY

Are you sure the themes that give problems are suitable for the version of SMF you are running ?

By the way, you ran that, did you also correct the theme paths in the theme settings via the admin panel ?

I made sure to be on the 2.0 RC5 themes when choosing some.

All the paths look fine to me. Here is a copy of theme settings.

SMF Default Theme - Curve (2.0 RC5)

Theme directory (templates):
    /home/babyxdej/public_html/survivor_6/Themes/default
URL to above directory:
    http://www.babyxdeja.co.cc/Themes/default
URL to images directory:
    http://www.babyxdeja.co.cc/Themes/default/images

Noble Dark (2.0 RC1) remove

Theme directory (templates):
    /home/babyxdej/public_html/survivor_6/Themes/Noble_Dark
URL to above directory:
    http://www.babyxdeja.co.cc/Themes/Noble_Dark
URL to images directory:
    http://www.babyxdeja.co.cc/Themes/Noble_Dark/images

CapadY

This are the URL's, what about the directories ?

It should look like something like this but differs for each server:

/home/sites/yoursite/web/Themes/sharpcurve203

Default Theme Directory:   /home/babyxdej/public_html/survivor_6/Themes/default

The directory for the default is the same as the Noble_Dark

So I'm confused as to why the default one works and the other themes don't work

I think for the Noble_Dark theme it should be:
/home/babyxdej/public_html/survivor_6/Themes/Noble_Dark

Beware, all of it CAN be case censitive.

By the way, I took a look at your site and only the first page is looking fine. Jumping to another page gave an error message.

When I change the repair settings to /home/babyxdej/public_html/survivor_6/Themes/Noble_Dark for the directory I get this error below.

Unable to load Themes/default/Errors.template.php!

What do you mean jumping to another page gave you an error?

I have to leave now, I'll have more look into tomorrow. Thanks for helping me out, I appreciate it.

CapadY

No, you shouldn't change anything at repair_settings.

Goto Admin - Configuration - Themes and Layout Settings - Theme settings

That's the place you have to correct the URL's and directorie of your Theme packages.

At the bottomline you can find/edit the base settings and attemp to correct the settings for each theme at once. Doesn't this do the job you'll have to click on the name of the theme to be able changing the settings one by one.
