Yeah that one and I wanna fix the footer cause it looks dirty.

That code would be in the index.template.php file of the theme you are using.

Problem is, it looks like some of that footer stuff's caused by mod copyright notices.

If you remove those, the brown stuff might hit the whirly thing.

(Yes, I agree.They're a bloody nuisance)

also you could check the support thread for that theme and see if that is a solution to that issue, I seem to recall it having been discussed somewhere before.
