Site Name-logo

Would anyone know how to replace the Site Name in the upper left corner with a logo/image? Or where the code is so I can do it myself?

Logo url is in -

Admin -> Configuration -> Current Theme -> Theme Settings

Forum Title is in -

Admin -> Configuration -> Server Settings -> General
